Do not adhere well to employees with medical needs.
Numerous emergencies occur on the job,
many with employees and patrons;
limited radios given,
Numerous employees over-
worked, under appreciated and are not given breaks, when needed.
Frequently, assignments for work are supple-
staffing coordinators reserve employment hours
for select staff, who frequently call-out or no shows.
Awards are given to same employees,
several occasions, whereby others are rarely / never observed.
Theft of personal items goes on, addressed though ignored.
Alcohol, substance abuse,
lateness and verbal-physical assault between employees is ongoing.
Numerous supervisors and event staff have left,
due to extreme stress,
often scoffed at by current management.
Many, select favorites made supervisors that have no experience; those with experience are sneered at.

Suggestions for improvement
- If they are encouraging the staff to adhere to the rules, their corporate should investigate and change the policies. 1) Frequent D/A Testing, Once a week. 2) Lateness, Call-Outs and No Shows Policies. 3) Sleeping on the job Policies. 4) Take all verbal / physical threats seriously. 5) All venues out of state / one hour distances to have transportation provided for staff- Include Delaware and Allentown,Pa. 6) All knives prohibited from uniform attire in the workplace,( concealed- they know and allow ).
