There is no culture... You come to work pray you are not micromanaged and hope your not belittled

Management is a joke all they do is sit and point fingers at eachother. If your not apart of "Team Syracuse" your not in the cool kids club and you can kiss any means of promotion aside.
Some departments show team work that's usually the departments that are not apart of "Team Syracuse".
Does not exist at all in any way shape or form
Not unless you are a part of Team Syracuse

Severely under paid
Office / Work Environment
The Tampa office is nice the Brandon office over looks a parking lot and is busting at the seems. Please do not be mistaken that this is a big company by any means.
There is no work-life balance.
None you will always be on your toes not knowing if you have a job tomorrow.
The work is challenging but little to no proper instructions are given.
Suggestions for improvement
- Time to let go of "Team Syracuse" in order for the company to be successful. Promote from within, inspire your employees, Invest in them. Give employees incentive to want to be that shining star within the company, expand and give back to the community. Lastly, remember we all have families and do not penalize us for that encourage work-life balance.
What I like about the company
The employees are a great bunch some bad seeds but that's the same with every company. The employees really try to make the best of any situation. The company has potential to be great.
What I dislike about the company
Team Syracuse is very manipulative they cover each others mistakes and point the fingers at some poor soul. You need to teach others the proper ways of doing things. They all at like "mean high schoolers" and if your not in their click then you will be treated like trash and be kept out of items that directly impact your department and if they start treating you that way it is because you will be set up to take the fall on something they should have overseen or messed up beyond repair and you will be the fall guy/gal. Not enough PTO!!
