Support from management
In that bank all the decisions is made from the President of the bank the Senior Officers they dont have any authority.
Also most all the officers are people that are being wirh the bank more than 20 years and they think they own the bank.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to change the management team including the HR manager .She do not have any experience and the employee dont feel secure to talk with that department she represent the supervisor of the bank no the employee .She doesn have any voice she do what the SV o the president said.
