Suggestions for improvement
- Might be hopeless until ownership trusts/respects people, does not seem likely.
The operations department believes that employees are disposable.
There is no support from leadership.
There is no real communication and management does not want to hear from employees.
Training is provided in name only. I have never received any training in my area.
There do not give annual reviews and raises. It can be many years between raises. They have not paid profit sharing in over 5 years.
