What I like about the company

-The opportunity to care for children

What I dislike about the company

-Sent out to houses in bad neighborhoods
-Discouraged from calling CPS when children are in danger in the home
-Management does not care about safety of nurses- attacked at a house -I was sent to and nothing done about it
-Called non stop on days off
-Asked personal questions during interview and when working for company that are illegal for them to ask
-Pay rate changes with each client you take care of. No set pay.
