There are some excellent people at CRG. Unfortunately, they are few and far between and often keep their heads down when they see immoral or incorrect activity in the workplace so as not to get caught in crossfire.

Very limited transparency unless you are part of the "good old boys club"
Colleagues are suspicious of each other, always checking over their shoulders to be sure no one else swoops in to steal their clients or takes credit for their work, which happens often.
