Supervisors constantly monitor by use of computer programs. There is no interaction and statistics are not given. The employee has no way knowing where they stand unless there is a complaint from an account manager based off-site.
Support from Management
Employee work is not assessed on a regular basis. If management sees a problem, the coaching is sudden and and emotional.
There are no team meetings, so there is no feeling of team. From time to time there are chats, but there is no personal interaction.
