Suggestions for improvement
- Start giving your employees a reason to care. Let them know that they don't have to worry about walking through the door and getting fired everyday
I like about the employer
There was definitely a sense of teamwork at convergys. There of course had to be since management doesn't care enough to help out with anything. We had to help each other.
I dislike about the employer
Convergys is the sweatshop of call centers. They do not care about their employees at all. The constant threat of being fired is held over everyone's head at all times, even if you are doing a good job.
