Suggestions for improvement
- More breaks, to treat employees better not like the can just be replacable
More like you're given more negative feedback than positive.
At this job, you're treated like nothing but your employee ID number, not a person with a name or a life with a family.
In this job, you are required to compete with your teammates, not work to help one another.
Your opinions mean nothing. Just do your job as required. (Which changes regularly.)
My supervisor was very tentative and hands on.
