Suggestions for improvement
- Offer more training which employees are able to do on their own time and not have to feel so rushed. This oftentimes curtails one from fully grasping the wealth of information which they must retain once they have completed training and are live on their own. Also, attempt to ensure that questions are answered in que in the order they are received. You are losing excellent agents due to reasons beyond their control as if they have to wait for a superior to provide them with a response, they can not help the amount of time it takes to relay answers to your clients.
I like about the employer
Convergy's offered the opportunity for agents to work from home which was a huge plus for someone like myself who was a single parent.
