Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2013
Suggestions for improvement
- Who you hire and promote actually matters. Sifting through heaps of low-quality people for low wages, including your OM that probably costed you a contract, is not worth it.
I like about the employer
It's a comfortable and diverse place, and things generally have a good pace and people aren't hard to connect with.
I dislike about the employer
First they just sometimes empty out whole programs. I lost my internet chat position and was expected to be part of the phone team three days later; not a position that chat agents want. Then, after some wacky leadership moves that contributed to that, they lost a contract that had them drop nearly 200 jobs. Seriously... After working there for a long time, it seems that they will dangle certain goals out there for bonuses that are the only thing that can make the low wages work on something that sometimes feels like a dice roll. Naturally hitting bonus is possible, but it's not something many depend on.
