I was allowed to be transferred under a manager whos' first act was to terminate me, because I was automating his/her processes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Overhaul their HR process so that it protects the employee.
I dislike about the employer
I went to HR about issues with being transferred to a person I did not fit with and was brushed off about it and was then transferred and promptly terminated as first act as my superior.
