Management cared more about where they were going to go shop or eat during lunch than the actual job. They bullies as many workers as they could into doing what they wanted to be done, no matter how far out of the guidelines of the task at hand. They showed clear favoritism within the job, offered up lies about growing the company. In the year + that I was there, we probably lost more workers than we gained. There were no raises given at all and the working conditions were poor in the building. There was a snow day in Dallas in March of 2015, and the building was closed, yet they forced you to use the 3.7 hours that they give you every two weeks to cover the time missed. It was a very difficult, stressful place to be and I would not recommend that company to anyone at all.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to just give it up, it's never going to be successful with the current way business is run
