Suggestions for improvement
- better communication to employees and not be treated like a number in the company, need to be more family attitude environment
Supervisors do not offer recognition, the only time you receive a certificate is if the client is coming and they need some forms to decorate the walls.
The environment gives a very closterfobic feeling
The workload is totally "Do to much for so little pay." At 10.00 and hour they expectant goals to reach are beyond absurd and the time frame and quality they put into training is a joke.
