Convey is more than willing to pay OT ,because the base pay is so little. 13 systems to learn and access every week, they should pay the people that put in the work and do their job correctly a lot more.
Support from management
Less than zero.
The only thing I regret about leaving is the friends I made, and how we had each other's backs.
Freedom to work independently
You have to get permission to transfer to different departments, and half the time the permission is given by someone who tells you to call the wrong department. You are given 2 15-minute bathroom/smoke breaks.. the nearest bathroom is 5 minutes away
Work instructions are outdated, as is training material. But the CCR is expected to get 93% quality score on each call. Updates/upskill training is few and far between. Supervisors are given far too much to do, and never have time for their advocates.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Convey treats their employees the same. But seemingly doesn't care about anyone.
I constantly asked for more work, anything to establish my worth, and was told they coyld give me "projects", but at the same pay, and no advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
You can be promoted to train, mentor others and then be sat down again at the same pay rate as those you trained.
Office / Work Environment
No windows, tiny work areas, broken bathrooms... no way!
Like the one time they flushed chemicals through the a.c. vents and didn't warn us, and then wanted us to stay in the room because it was "harmless"...
You should not have to work 60 hours a week to make ends meet.
Nothing is permanent. Nobody is safe.
The floors are a mess, bare concrete, lumpy and pitted. Nearest bathroom is 1000 feet from anywhere with 1 wheelchair accessible stall.
Bare concrete means dust. Recent hurricane means mold due to dampness. Strong chemicals used to clean that burn the nose and lungs of anyone unfortunate enough to breathe it.

Suggestions for improvement
- Incremental raises every year, supervisors that give a darn about their employees, job security, permanent positions available for those that have proven they can do the work.
What I like about the company
The people, the potlucks, the training classes.
What I dislike about the company
Impermanence, no pay raises for loyal employees.
