Suggestions for improvement
- COOK does not compensate their Sales Representatives competitively and is far below industry standards. This leads to a poorly motivated Sales force. Health benefits for field employees was the worst coverage I ever had working for a company of that size. Coverage was woefully inadequate and difficult to understand...awful. Manager of my division was a very poor leader to say the least. He did not inspire anyone. The company needs to invest in all divisions in order to keep all representatives engaged and competitive. Management did not resolve product issues in the field. Very very weak response to product issues that needs to be resolved.
