The temperature is hard to control and regulate in the call center. The Office Supervisor will not allow for the call center to be close so the temperature can stay regulated in the call center, or patients walking by can hear conversations.
No there isn't. When it was mentioned to a superior tge response was we don't do that here, if you like you can collect and dispose of it.
Never felt pressure to work more hours, they are strict on not going over regular scheduled hours.
The doctors are nice, but the office staff are clickish and underhanded.
It's a pretty stable company. It's just unsettling in regards to management and how they operate.
It's pretty safe, but doesn't provide safety training.
Very challenging. Hard to get a nurse to triage patients or answer questions when you have the patient om for the phone. I jave to get permission to bting a patient when they're calling to be seen.
