Support from Management
Little to no support or vision from management. Goals and expectations changed from day to day. No clearly defined goal set.
Suggestions for improvement
- Grow your middle management team. Listen to them.
I like about the employer
It afforded the opportunity to try something new. Fuel and brake line assemblies require a great attention to detail due to the nature of them being major safety items.
I dislike about the employer
Lack of support from above. Corporate had very vague goals with no sense of direction of how to obtain them. If an employee complained, no matter what, you were investigated. Weak HR team that was more intent on keeping the peace rather than doing what was required to grow the company. Over all a general lack of urgency and favoritism rules. If you are not from that area, you won't last long term as this company is more concerned with how things look rather than moving forward.
