Suggestions for improvement
- The culture could improve with management managing instead of adding with the practitioners. This allows the distance to bring protective.
What I like about the company
There is tremendous freedom in working for CDI, and trust given to employees. The work is different every day and the challenge is rewarding.
What I dislike about the company
I would recommend to management to take a step out of the work to review how programs and employees work together (or don't).
The expectation of working until the work is done sets employees up for burnout. This is a hard culture to turn around.
