nobody works as a team

Suggestions for improvement
- Look at the personal goals some of the management has and see if its really the best for the company as a whole or only benefits a select few.
What I like about the company
I loved helping the clients be able to stay in their homes and live independently. Some co-workers were phenomenal to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Management was not in tune with the staff, they need to find out about the day to day struggles that the clients and staff dealt with. Communication needs to drastically increase and workers need to be complimented and rewards for loyalty and service.
