What I dislike about the company

I worked for this company for 2 years. I was very dependable, so therefore they took advantage of me. At first I appreciated the promotion I got but then They took advantage of me and wouldn’t let me have a day off. I was on call 24/7. I wasn’t allowed to refuse shifts even if I had just gotten off working overnight or day shift. I eventually quit and they continued to contact me asking me work even after I had repeatedly told them I didn’t work for them anymore. I do not recommend this company!!

Internal Communication

Like grade school mean kids, bullying behavior, lots of talking behind people's back's. Only way to get by is by participating in negative talk about others

Very inappropriate ownership very very inappropriate. No one is comfortable woman or men with ownership behavior

Overall compensation for your work

You will not get a raise unless you say you quit, only then will they offer you money. Five years no raise

Office / Work Environment

The basement of the building fills with raw sewage when it rains, roof leaks, mold, bugs

Work-Life Balance

Depending on who you are in the company, you either come and go as you please or you are on call 24/7 and never get a break

Job Security

You never know one way or the other. Lots of rumors, back stabbing. Not based on performance.

Challenging Work

Can't be proud of work because company is so unethical

Owner is extremely inappropriate towards women. Frequent harassing comments uncomfortable to be around.

No raises. Regardless of performance no raises. Company will lie about compensation. If it is not in writing it is meaningless.

Overall compensation for your work

I never got compensated for anything I did and believe I did a lot and worked a lot of overtime for them. I would not recommend anyone, to work for them. What I would recommend is to run as fast as you can when the name of Cooperative, is mention

They did give continuous education on health care regularly.

Job Security

You always, had job security with them, but they never gave you any raises when they were do to you!

If you got a raise it was very small and did not increase your pay at all. I'm talking about a ten cents,fifteen cents increase. I founded it to be very insulting. I worked, for them 6years
