Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate needs hands-on experience in the restaurants so that they have a better idea of how things need to run and what expectations are reasonable. Management could listen to employees better when given constructive criticism. Customers are given too much space by management to have their run of the place and abuse employees.
What I like about the company
It has allowed me to move up in the company quickly. I do as I please at work, so long as customers are satisfied.
What I dislike about the company
I think corporate is disconnected from how the restaurant actually runs. Their demands are absolutely unreasonable. I don't think management is always responsive to employee feedback, especially when it is about other employees.
