Suggestions for improvement
- Pay attention to the trainers you send to the restaurants that are opening when they get there, just because they are good does not mean that they will provide the training that is needed when they arrive in the new Resturants, especially when they have to train 3 to 4 employees at one time doing different things with different levels of experience. Also management needs to pay better attention to the employees, I do understand that there are over 200 in one Resturant but when something is important and you just get an eye roll or barked at as if you are annoying them maybe they need to take a minute and take a breath. Been in this industry a long time and this Resturant has no one laughing, joking and or singing in it...this says a lot to me. You can do all this and still kick butt! It's too intense and way too stressful in there and yes that makes a difference in keeping employees and not keeping them. Yes pay is great but having a great work environment along with it is also!

The pay is great with this company and some of the managers are awesome.
