Support from management
Management are SOMETIMES supportive. Some times when things go the wrong way, they usually take the guest side instead of hearing what really went down. The guest will come off as rude and say certain things to the host, and the host has to take it and let the manager know. Management usually does not come right at that moment when it happens.
Team work is in the middle. We have our strongest people who are willing to help out our fellow hostes in the time of need. We also have our lazy people who only wants to do one thing and that one thing only. They do not want to sit guest, they do not want to clean tables nor do bathroom checks.
Freedom to work independently
You yourself can work independently at the host stand, but you will always have co workers on the side to help you out in the time of need.
Communication is poor, you have to constantly remind managers they have a call. Sometimes they do not have a headset/radio so you have to search around the building to find them.
Accept all gender, all gender is accept as far as man jobs too.
Co workers are friendly, and very helpful. If we ever need help at the host stand, servers are willing to help out. Also guest who come in are very friendly as well.
Security is always there, also we do have the police or non emergency number on our computers as well.
We do have handicapped accessibility.
We have security there Thursday- Sunday just in case something happens.

What I like about the company
Co workers are nice, helpful, every one gets a long. We also have good discounts, and we have an app where we can release shifts or pick up shifts.
What I dislike about the company
The pay, we cannot get over time, some of the managers, the servers annoy us at the host stand about tables.
