Support from Management
Leadership was very top heavy. Communication was not there at all. Very quick to throw others under the bus.
The turnover rate is very high, especially in management. This company does a mass lay off and then a mass hire in order to give their management salaries more money and pay the "worker bees" less.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Everything else! The benefits are horrible, the deductibles are high! Management is non existent.
