Suggestions for improvement
People that have been here for years leave on time when others are stuck to do the rest of the work
Communication is very poor supervisors and managers does not communicate with employees until they do something wrong and then write you up with no explanation and talk to you bad
Yard supervisor has a very toward black people
Yard is very messed up with potholes which causes people to drop cars flip cars over and management will still write you up for their mistake
The employees make it a wholesome, warm environment. The hourly employees help each other out, give direct feedback if we something done wrong asap, we cover each other's back, we make sure everyone is done on time.
There is no clear communication channels. During the team meetings, the "plan" sounds perfect. But they never get done or no follow through is made especially on the roles that the managers will have in that plan. No accountability amongst managers are set.
