Long serving colleagues are those that manage to have stayed employed a year.
At most any level the hire you at, this is a dead end job.
Overall Compensation for your work
In my position the hourly rate offered was half the national average and not at all based on any individuals'output.
While I was employed there I often heard from their vendors that it can take more than six months to get their bill paid.
