Due to lack of proper supervision most employees felt that there was no fairness or trust.
Support from Management
Supervisors kept changing and most had no idea what is involved running print production.
Because of the lack of proper supervision there were small groups that worked well together and individuals that did not work well with others.
Level of Autonomy
Because of lack of proper supervision and lack of supervisors that had actual knowledge of print production, employees that have been working in the field the longest did the majority of the work and was expected to work overtime and thru lunch.
