Support from management
Management team doesnt listen to complaints well from staff, and doesn't do anything to boost low morale
The agents themselves will be teamplayers, however management team is often MIA during busy times when agents need assistance. Management tends to staff only one person in the am or pm and if there is a mid you're sadly by yourself.
Management team often leaves employers in the dark. Then criticize when it is not done correctly
To grow there is very hard to do, sometimes rather than promote from the inside they bring someone in. From my experience it was a tough process to get my review for my promotion/raise that was promised to me. Eventually it did happen after an additional 3 month wait
Work life balance is possible with this work place, just make sure to request things off in a timely manner. PTO is great plus as well and can easily accrued.
It becomes repetitive at times the guests and minibar/storyville complaints can be challening.

- For them to listen more to them employee and appreciate them more.
