Used to be family oriented but not anymore! Long time employees used to be valued but not anymore!
Support from management
Management and up is horrible! No one is on the same page!
As long as another department is slow they will help another department but other than that there’s no teamwork.
Lack of communication everywhere!

I don’t even want to hit this area! I was a long time employee and treated very unfairly.

It’s not as friendly and happy place as it appears. It’s cut throat!
Everyone says smiles and says Hi to each other but it’s just front. No one really cares. It’s not a friendly happy place as it appears. It’s cut throat!
They appear to care about their image but when you can’t even treat your employees right/fairly then how can you treat your customers right/fairly.
Getting better in this area
I was hurt at work and was on workman’s comp interment days (I could have taken the time off completely to heal but we were short handed and didn’t want to leave my department like that) being treated and it was used against me (rather than saying thank you) as absences on my evaluation. I stopped the treatments so it wouldn’t hurt my evaluations anymore. It turns out I’m still hurting and not even working there anymore!
