Suggestions for improvement
- Properly train new staff and have patience with them.
It is a work til your burned out attitude. Work fast, think about tomorrows work load today...management treats employees like chattel.

No.... consistent micro management...always reminded of what should be done.
No regular communication
NO gratitude from management! Your reward for doing good is more work heaped on you...and if you doing good you get a whopping 2% raise
