Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees with more respect, pay for the work we do. Most importantly communicate IN ADVANCE of big changes that affect multiple OR individual employees.
What I like about the company
I like the majority of my co-workers.
What I dislike about the company
Employee moral is low, 17 employees have quit this year alone and our office fully staffed is only about 40ish. Pay doesn't commensurate the work we do. Raises are a joke. Since being bought by CVS, everyone is spread thin and almost all current employees are actively seeking employment elsewhere.
