Support from management
CVS sets unrealistic goals.
The staff comes together to try to achieve the goals set by CVS. We often felt like it was us (the staff) against them (CVS corporate).
Overall compensation for your work
They offered the leagal minimum.
Office / Work Environment
It often seemed like the program's we used often failed and there was little help from corporate IT
To achieve CVS's goals we were all often stressed and and had to learn not to take it home with us.
Once Coram was bought out by CVS, we seen people being let go. Most of the employees that were let go were the employees who and been with Coram the longest.
Because our work load was big and the amount of employees we had to do the task were minimal, the safety of our product seemed to come second to production.
The work was stressful. It no longer felt like a challenge, but more like we were set up to fail.
Suggestions for improvement
- I wish CVS would have let us have a staff large enough to safely complete the goals set.
