Attitude towards older colleagues
Typically hire younger attorneys and staff.
There is no movement unless you are an attorney and the attorney are more interested in there own advancement.
You are your job 24/7
It seems to be the only thing they care about unfortunately.
Suggestions for improvement
- A greater attention to work life balance, equality of say in office from entire staff not just attorneys or managers, not be so self absorbed and punished those who are not about there job 24/7.

What I dislike about the company
Your role is who you are and nothing more unless you are an attorney or management. It was very clear that attorneys were not expendable but other staff was.
