Suggestions for improvement
- Provide better training and spend more time helping those that work remotely feel like a part of the team.
What I like about the company
This company paid well and allowed me to network with my community. I enjoyed the people that I worked with
What I dislike about the company
The communication was very poor for a company that has almost all of its employees working remotely. There is also almost no training and employees are left to feel that they are “thrown to the wolves”. Frequent changes in staff and distribution causes chaos for customers and there is not enough support for the customer when they have needs.
