Suggestions for improvement
- Management take a more active role imparting information to employees. Have an open door policy so that employees feel they can come to management with concerns or problems with out fear of reprisals. Tell employees when there are changes to manager or supervisor positions.
What I like about the company
Coworkers are supportive and friendly, willing to share their experience to get the job done.
What I dislike about the company
Management does not keep employees up to date on changes. Area supervisor changes are not even told to effected employees. Contractually mandated biyearly company meeting have not been held in two years.
