Suggestions for improvement
- Upper Management should recognize and reward those employees that have remained loyal and did everything that was asked of them. Terminations should not be taken lightly. No one should be blindsighted by expectations that were never made known until a termination meeting. Leaders are among the employees that have proved dedication and loyalty.
What I like about the company
Employees attempt to work in a family atmosphere where they respect one another.
What I dislike about the company
There is no regard for tenure. A temporary employee will be brought in to save money with no regard to loyalty or previous work contributions.
