Not in the least bit. Everyone was considered and felt to be beneath the back office.
Support from Management
The entire 2 1/2 years leadership constantly changed, so there was no need to get use/familiar with your superiors or the way things were suppose to run.
The staff was great to work with regardless of the companies flaws.
Level of Autonomy
You just went where you were needed for the day. There was suppose to be set areas, but that never worked.
