Managers do not commend employees on jobs well done, always micromanage every employee. Unfair treat, discrimination, and verbal abuse by the Medical Director.
Support from Management
Unrealistic expectation, no support from manager, constant conflict of interest and HIPAA violation.
Employees work well together and make the day bearable.
Level of Autonomy
Workload not evenly distributed, some employee works more than others. Employer shows partiality.
