Complete lack of ethics.
Does not address the obvious ethical concerns that we bring up.
Support from management
We are all afraid to push on ethical problems or for what is really right for a patient because if you push too hard, you will lose your job.
Overall, team member are great except for the few lazy individuals.
Freedom to work independently
We work very independently as this is the nature of hospice work.
