- More openness. Eliminate in-fighting and back stabbing. Gather all the facts before making decisions, especially before making personnel decisions. Go back to the culture of clients first. Fix disciplinary system so that it is administered equally for all staff , i.e if an infraction is committed by a member of Team B and the member is punished. The same punishment should be administered to a member of Team B if they commit the same infraction.
