Not the smartest move
Support from management
No support from upper leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- I'm sad to say they had there chance and blew it, health insurance hikes were enough for me.
What I like about the company
They have chic-Fil-a in three times per week.
What I dislike about the company
No merit increases, poor training, no work life balance.
