The managers claim to have an "open door policy" and encourage questions and feedback. Be aware of their poor training program a multi billion dollar company has no set training program you're trained by seasoned employees who have phoenomonal work load that they just want to get it over with, lots of employees felt that they could have benefited from additional training to better help the clients. Be careful letting them know this they take it as a negative comment, even though you are trying to help. Watch your back most managers, trainers, and co-workers seem friendly, yet if you express any negative comment they report you to your leader. Which could lead to termination.
