The work (family) culture is impossible to replicate. It's both challenging yet rewarding. We work hard & play hard.
Suggestions for improvement
- Only the ability to remove work if needed. There's a no work from home policy and in Atlanta the traffic can be awful for some folks!
What I like about the company
There's always stories that give you a heart-felt reality check there's good people out there. We value doing things for the right reason even if it may require extra work and resources. Some of the stories we receive from our residents (external clients) are real tear jerkers! The positive stories really impact your outlook and appreciation for working with talented and loving people. We hire the best people in our industry. One particular positive experience was being able to relocate because there was a different path I wanted to take. They were very open and willing to shift my career path. I've personally always felt valued as an employee. It's truly a family.
What I dislike about the company
We move to fast and sometimes decisions aren't fully thought through. We get things done fast but not always efficient when you move so quickly!
