Suggestions for improvement
- to have direct access to HR, as the Tampa office has no direct contact with HR.
Total lack of management, no clue as to company long term plans or if they even have a business plan. Hard to get assistance on day to day operations
Wages are below average in area. Benefits are very outdated, still offering vacation and sick instead of PTO. Employee pays most of health insurance and very little is paid by the employer
The office has several lights out, very dark work environment
