This job is a dead end job. Cost plus is only concerned with sales to generate them money. They do not care genuinely about their staff. It does nor matter how long you've worked for the company. They treat you worse than new employees. Managers favor people they like most.
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay rate per hour. Value your employees more. Especially those who have been there for a number of years.
