Poor leadership throughout the company. Lack of structure and organization throughout the company.
There's no team work at Cott. It's hard to keep skilled workers on every level most importantly at the plant level or Senior Leadership Team. I have two plant managers and 4 operations managers in 1 year of employment.
Freedom to work independently
Employees have no work life balance. 24/7.
Suggestions for improvement
- There's nothing I could suggest that would help change the culture of failed company. I will say this "your people are your most important asset". Every recruiter is aware of the Cott Beverages culture and how many good workers they have loss... So glad to have moved on from that company..
