Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employee to have a voice to maintain there innoccent. Allow less stress to hold the postion.Look back to employees whom had outstanding records other than the ones which the company determined wrongfully-Investigate
What I like about the company
The pay was good.
What I dislike about the company
Certain privileges were expressed to certain employees whom was deserving termination as well as any of those whom they targeted.
There were no human resource to hear the employee side concerning various matters.
