- More clearly defined responsibilities. Get rid of power crazy managers.

I believe in the cause of the organization
What I dislike about the company
Financially a mess resulting in frequent layoffs and overloading of work on remaining workers. Very stressful with a lot of infighting. Do not value older workers.
