Upper management needs to respect bus drivers. They make you feel like you're trying to do little work and beat them out of time.
Support from Management
Midmanagement is ok. Uper management treats you like your trying to get away with what you can. They don't trust you attitude.

When you're on the road there is freedom. When you attend upper management meetings, you're treated like your trying to get away without doing a good job.
