Upper management needs to respect bus drivers. They make you feel like you're trying to do little work and beat them out of time.
Support from management
Midmanagement is ok. Uper management treats you like your trying to get away with what you can. They don't trust you attitude.
Your fellow employees are good
Freedom to work independently
When you're on the road there is freedom. When you attend upper management meetings, you're treated like your trying to get away without doing a good job.
Poor! Management is strict and gives you as little as possible.
Office / Work Environment
Good working equipment. Good buses to drive.
Nice an easy if you drive a bus with preset bus stops; however, if you go door to door to pick up people, it's hard work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train upper management to be empathetic to employees. And to smile once in a while. Upper management is grouchy and they look down on you.
