I like about the employer
They say the average person goes through 5-7 jobs in his/her lifetime. I have far exceeded that, more than I can count on both my hands and feet. Though I am not proud of the shaky ground I walk on towards building a nest egg with retirement to fall back on in my later years, I value the experiences I've gained along the way. I've had a lot jobs...S**t Happens, that's life! I've worked several factory, Office type, Construction job. Everything from Making cheese to serving in the Military, Fire Dept. and Sheriff's Dept. Union and non Union Jobs. I always thought I worked best alone, most of my jobs involved doing that.
When first started CHP (Country Home Products), I was thrown into a room of about 20 something people. It threw my game off at first. Again, I have had a lot of different Jobs and Work Place to adjust to being there for about 1/3 of your life. CHP is defiantly different to work for. They as a Company, go that extra step for their Employees and THEN go a little further! Teamwork is a Must, Departments depend on other Departments. They keep you well informed on Company movement or gain. They appreciate your all your efforts. They even dedicate a week of appreciation. How many Upper management do you know that serves you breakfast? The work can be hard and at times very challenging, but, there is a Family warmth to this Place like I never felt with all those others.
